🌙 THEIR STORY — Tinker Tock Fidgetwick & Cinderflick
In the quiet hours of the North Pole—when the toy-makers sleep, the reindeer snore, and the candy canes stop rattling—Tinker Tock Fidgetwick begins his rounds. He is Santa’s official Night Watch Elf, responsible for keeping an eye on every nook, cranny, drawer, and doorknob of the workshop.
There’s only one little problem…
Tinker is always late.
He checks his wooden pocket watch constantly, flusters over schedules, and tumbles over his curled shoes more often than he cares to admit. Dramatic and wide-eyed, he takes his work VERY seriously, even if he spends half the night muttering, “Oh no, oh no—I’m late again!”
To help him along, Santa gifted him a tiny dragon companion named Cinderflick—a warm-hearted ember dragon with gear-patterned wings and a glowing personality. Cinderflick flits about, nudging Tinker in the right direction, sniffing out mischief, and keeping him from accidentally wandering into the reindeer feed room.
✨ ABOUT THIS HANDMADE DOLL SET
This whimsical primitive elf is made from painted muslin with acrylics and antiquing stain, for a timeworn look. His celestial golden-grid clothing, felt vest with stitched appliqués, and long, capped hat give him a steampunk-meets-folk-art charm.
His handmade wooden gear-watch is stained, sealed, and stitched in place with a recycled vintage metal chain. His legs are fixed in a seated position, making him perfect for shelves, cupboards, tiered trays, and book nooks.
Cinderflick, his tiny dragon helper, is entirely hand-stitched from felt with gear-patterned wings and tiger-eye cabochon eyes. He is separate and stands on his own at about 4" tall.
Both pieces are created with care, character, and storytelling in mind — a magical duo to brighten any holiday display.
Together, they guard the workshop magic all night long.
